Editors comment: ETX have now added Autochartist to their platform – http://www.cleanfinancial.com/etxcapital.php#auto… – if you are into your technical analysis then the Automatic Scanning and Pattern Recognition elements of Autochartist are worth a closer look.
Editor's comment: Good low stakes service. Good range of markets. 24 hour trading, well suited to investors who want smaller stakes. Not had to fall back on their customer service dept yet.
Editor's comment: And ETX Capital have followed in IG's footsteps by offering a grey market on the Royal Mail IPO. As always with these markets, the spread is pretty wide and ETX are quoting GBP2.71bn – GBP2.81bn. For more details, see our Royal Mail trading page http://www.cleanfinancial.com/royal_mail_spread_b….
Editor's note: ETX have just reduced their margin rate. Account holders can trade forex majors like EUR/USD and GBP/USD at 0.5%. Margins on stock indices like the UK 100 (FTSE 100), Dow Jones and DAX are now down to 0.75%.
Editor’s comment: ETX have added a new Russian ruble market, so if you feel like trading USD/RUB you now have a few more options.
my account is empty and they don't answer to my emails..what happened ? are they still operate ? any info ?
Editor's note. Wow. ETX have changed their branding. What does this mean?
1) There's not a great deal of change for clients
2) A design agency has just made a cheeky few quid. I imagine the conversation went something like this "you should use a random olivey-brown colour for your brand [no one else does]…[and ignore that fact that it doesn't work that well in print or online, sorry]"
3) Here at Clean Financial we need to pull our finger out and update some screenshots & logos
What about the trading?
Well… I'm not seeing much difference there.
On the plus side they haven't messed up their web platform too much. It's still pretty simple and straightforward.
In fact… the main plus point I can find is that their homepage now shows a few markets so you can see indicative prices and charts for a few markets without logging in.
The downside? If you were used to the old platform, a few things have moved around.

Editor's note, a very minor point, why are Euro Bunds in their list of popular markets? Surely that's a mistake?… retail traders normally couldn't give two hoots for treasury markets.
Come on ETX, show us some markets we like.
