Editor's comment – if they want to be taken seriously in the UK then PipTrade need tighter spreads and the option to have your account in the Sterling. Having said that, I am not sure if they are after the UK audience.
Got this in an email from PipTrade
"Dear Customer,
We are very pleased to inform you that we will be reducing our standard spreads on some of our currency pairs on Monday 8 April 2013.
Please note that lower spreads will only be available during most liquid hours and during normal market conditions.
All the times mentioned above are based on GMT time."
a) It's British Summer Time (no laughing please)
b) Either way, when are these most liquid hours?
c) Do you want to say what the new spreads will be?
d) And you have my name in your database, surely you can add it to an email?
If IG or CMC sent out that email I imagine someone would get fired.

"Piptrade introduces a revolutionary new method of trading called Dollar-per-Tick- Trading"
Don't make me laugh, you mean spread betting, something that IG Index have been offering since 1974.
