OK, so we all know that the popularity of Spread Betting is growing. And we all know that there's a little more choice of where you can spread bet than there was in the old days (a whole 5 years ago). And that's a good thing.
That's not to say the established Spread Betting Companies provide a poor service. Some have always provided a first class offering and others have been forced to improve their service in order to stay ahead.
All fairly normal so far.
What's interesting though is how some of the newer entrants have entered the fray with innovative products. Financial Spreads have aimed at simplicity and that plan is working for them. Others firms like GFT have given users a wide range of tools that they would have had to pay for in the past.
This is where it gets interesting. GFT have been around in the FX markets for a good while but their web based spread betting platform DealBook® WEB, is less well known.
